What should I do if there is air bubble on the surface of the paint film after the coating machine is used?

When small sprays and small pinholes are formed on the surface during the shower coating process, the possible causes are as follows:

  1. The UV lacquer itself has poor defoaming performance. At this time, you can choose to remove the foaming topcoat.

  2. The first sealing paint is not filled with capillary pores, leaving a small gap. The air in the gap is heated by heat, and the curing machine and the leveling machine are heated to expand and escape. Therefore, at this time, the back cover must be fully sealed, and there should be no small gaps.

  3. The small bubbles are solidified in the paint film to form small bubbles and small pockmarks; the large bubbles are heated and popped to form pinholes or round pits. At this time, it is necessary to avoid the paint, the curing machine and the leveling machine from working at a high temperature as much as possible, resulting in the substrate temperature being too high, so that the air expands and escapes.

  4. The oil tank buffer device of the curtain machine is not enough. If the paint flow rate is too fast, bubbles will be rushed. At this point, a new type of putty can be used to fill the first primer.

  5. The height between the shower head and the work plane is too large. Therefore, it should be noted that the shower head and the workbench maintain a distance of about 10 cm.

  6. The difference between the oil outlet of the oil coating tank and the paint bucket is too large, and the paint directly rushes up the air bubbles. It can reduce the distance between the dredging head and the working, and reduce the height difference between the oil tank outlet and the paint bucket.

These are the possible causes and solutions for the bubbles in the paint spray film.
